My favourite country to work in is Tanzania currently as I would like to establish myself in my country first before deciding to go to abroad What countries have you worked in? A bachelor degree in Education and linguistics,that is Bed Arts-Linguistics from the University of Dar es salaam-Tanzania[4.2 GPA Hons] Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I do consider skills to be more valuable than formal education though they can work together.The reason is,sometimes formal education seems to be more theoretical than practical,taking into consideration that the ability to practise things is what is needed in the work,so skills become more useful. Describe the benefits of working with others It gives an opportunity to work as a team and someone may learn from others for effectiveness and efficieny Describe the benefits of working alone sometimes,we need to have abilities to work dependently,that is working in a maximam effort but under either minimum or no supervision What was your worst working experience? To be honest,I have not experienced such a situation which can be considered as worst What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Learng a new language needs a good foundation.The abilty to use a certain language clearly depends mostly on the background. What unique skills do you have? Leadership as well as expressing myself in public What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be a highly reputable lecturer in my field,a well recognized lecturer internationally in helping the society[majority] in eradicating ignorance. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Observing one language with different accents,analysing dialect formation,that is having different dialects in one particular language What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Incorrect use of code switching,code mixing,and intraword switching What is your perfomane[GPA] and where are you working currently?
